Lifeline Call Taker - Overnight Shifts Available ($20/hr)

Join our team as a Lifeline Call Taker and provide crucial support to individuals in distress.

What we are looking for:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Previous experience in telephone/call-center roles, especially those involving emotional support, is highly preferred
3. Competent with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
4. Ability to remain calm and composed while de-escalating crisis situations with high levels of empathy
5. Must attend training in Framingham, MA
6. Requires a Mac (Google Chrome access) or PC, reliable Wi-Fi, and a headset with a microphone compatible with the computer
7. Must have a quiet workspace for working from home
