Elite Amenity Management is a leading provider of aquatic services in New York City. We are now seeking motivated and experienced lifeguards to join our team full-time.

The ideal candidate will have a certification in lifeguarding from a recognized authority and a passion for providing safe and enjoyable aquatic experiences. You will monitor the swimming pool and other recreational activities in a luxury building, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are being met.

The successful candidate will provide quality lifeguarding services, ensure patrons' safety, and assist the public. They will need to be able to react quickly and appropriately in emergencies and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to work flexible hours and weekends is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the pool area and enforce all safety regulations
2. Ensure that all swimmers are following safety protocols
3. Assist swimmers in the event of an emergency
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment
5. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as necessary
6. Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

1. Must have current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
2. Must have a valid CPR and First Aid certification
3. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
5. Must be able to swim
6. Must be at least 18 years of age
7. Previous lifeguard experience is preferred
