Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate verbally and manage irate patrons.

• Must maintain strong water skills and physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the swimming pool.
• Perform rescue and emergency care for accidents.
• Attend all required training and in-service events.
