Essential Functions | Lifeguards enforce all facility rules, regulations, policies and procedures, perform water rescues and administer first aid, resolve complaints, provide excellent customer service, maintain facility grounds, buildings, areas and equipment, and perform related work as required. Specific duties include:
Lifeguards have many secondary responsibilities. At no time should any secondary duties interfere with or intrude upon a lifeguard's primary duty of patron surveillance. Secondary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Hiring Range | $16.50 - $18.00 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
