Purpose Of Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the highest safety and guest service standards on all water attractions, fostering a fun, safety-conscious environment, and ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service.

Skills, Requirements And Qualifications

• Possess or ability to obtain a License through Ellis & Associates, which includes written and physical components.
• Effective communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management.

• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

General Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful guest service, adhering to all standards and guidelines.
• Promote a safe environment by monitoring water attractions and enforcing safety rules.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve park goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and park facilities.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor water attractions for safety, enforce rules, and assist guests as needed.
• Provide First-Responder care, including CPR and rescue operations.
• Maintain an active Ellis & Associates lifeguard license through ongoing training and audits.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Keep water attraction areas clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to swim and perform rescues. Work environment includes weather exposure and moderate to high noise levels.

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $17.75 per hour
