Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification (YMCA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Lifeguard Supervisor Certified or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lifeguard team members and ensure adherence to all safety protocols.
• Conduct daily briefings with lifeguard staff.
• Monitor swimming areas for safety.
• Respond to emergencies, administer first aid, CPR, and water rescues.
• Conduct regular safety checks and training for lifeguards.
