Job summary

British Swim School of North Broward is seeking a Part-time Swim Instructor to join our Coral Springs and Sunrise locations. You will teach in a fun, safe environment to preschool and elementary students, following our proven British Swim School methodology.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children and are available on weekends and some evenings. A passion for water and safety, plus the ability to communicate well with parents, are valued as part of our friendly team.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, assertive personality with strong relationship and customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Disciplined to follow schedules and enforce safety procedures.
• Able to demonstrate swim strokes.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and standards.
• Conduct classes in a fun and gentle environment following current teaching methods and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes early evenings and at least 1 weekend day.
• Work in an environment with moderate to high noise and stand in the water for up to 4 hours.
