Job Details

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees in the pool area by monitoring usage and enforcing safety rules.
• Maintain proper chemical and temperature levels in pools, whirlpool, sauna, etc., as directed by the Property Engineer, to ensure guest comfort and compliance with regulations.
