Job summary

The City of Conroe seeks a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of patrons in the pool and surrounding areas, acting as first responder in emergencies.

You will provide excellent customer service to members and guests, enforce policies, and participate in in-service trainings while performing routine pool maintenance.

You will also complete records and reports and help test water chemistry and monitor equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
• Must hold CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
• Pursuing high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
