Job summary

The Sports Facilities Companies is seeking a Lifeguard for the Romulus Athletic Center. In this role, you will ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area, enforce rules, and manage emergency situations. The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and possess current lifeguard certification.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will interact with guests and staff regularly. A pay range of $15 - $16 per hour is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to earn certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all pool rules.
• Provide patron surveillance whenever a patron is swimming.
• Handle all injuries, accidents, and emergency situations.
