Job summary

Carter Hospitality Group, LLC. is seeking a diligent lifeguard to protect guests at the pool, slide, and lazy river facilities in Florida.

You will enforce safety rules, provide emergency care, and ensure clean, sanitary pool operations while reporting incidents and maintaining high guest service standards. Candidates must hold American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications and be available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certificate, American Red Cross First Aid certificate, and American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of pool, slide, and lazy river guests.
• Provide emergency care and treatment until EMS arrival.
• Rescue guests and perform follow-up procedures including first aid and CPR.
• Enforce pool policies and supervise safety rules.
• Open and close pool facilities daily.
• Attend in-service training and report safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Any duties assigned by management.
