Job summary

Euvori Aquatics is seeking lifeguards for the Red Rock area in Red Rock Village Community Association, AZ. Basic swimming ability is required to apply; no lifeguard experience is needed as training and certifications are provided by us. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour with quarterly raises.

Shifts are typically 6 hours long, with part-time positions available. The location operates May through early September, and employees at one location can transfer to other sites for greater flexibility

• Client pool: Red Rock Village Community Association
• Area: Red Rock, AZ
• Operating Schedule: This location is open late May to early September.
• Hours: Shifts are typically 6 hours long. Part-time positions are available.
• Ideal Applicant Availability: Afternoons/ evenings on Wednesdays through Sundays

What We Do

Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We create, implement, and manage lifeguard programs for a variety of swimming pool owners across the state. We most commonly work with resorts, country clubs, homeowners associations, and more.
