Job summary

Euvori Aquatics is hiring lifeguards for Starpointe Residents Club in Goodyear, AZ. Basic swimming ability is required; no prior lifeguard experience is needed because training and certifications are provided by Euvori.

Shifts are typically 6 to 9 hours long with part-time positions available. The location operates from late May to early September, with availability encouraged for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

Position Overview

• Basic swimming ability required to apply.

• $17.00 starting pay with quarterly pay raises.
• Select locations are open 365 days a year.
• Employees working at one location are eligible to pick up shifts or transfer to any of our other locations for greater flexibility and year-round work opportunities.

Location Overview

• Client pool: Starpointe Residents Club
• Area: Goodyear, AZ
• Operating Schedule: This location is open late May to early September
• Hours: Shifts are typically 6 to 9 hours long. Part time positions are available.
• Ideal applicant availability: Weekday availability (11:00 AM-8:00 PM); weekend availability (11:00 AM-8:00 PM); holidays.
• Please note, we are currently looking for guards with availability to include at least the following days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What We Do

Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on.
