Job summary

Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville, IL is seeking a part-time lifeguard to ensure a safe swimming environment. You will apply preventative lifeguarding techniques and assist with pool maintenance to support hospital recreation facilities.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to follow specific instructions; CPR certification is required, Lifeguard certification is required, WSI preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is of light to medium demand.
• Routine lifting requirements of less than 50 pounds.
• Requires sitting for long periods of time. Standing, walking, bending, and reaching required.
• Works inside.
