Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking Lifeguards to ensure pool safety across the assigned pod. You will monitor swimmers, respond to emergencies, balance chemicals, and enforce rules while maintaining a clean facility.

You will provide courteous customer service and document activities and incidents as required. Candidates must hold Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications and be at least 15 years old.

Qualifications

• Must maintain valid Lifeguarding certification.
• First Aid certification is required.
• CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification is required.
• Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and respond to emergencies as they arise.
• Check and balance pool chemicals to maintain safe levels.
• Enforce facility pool rules and promote safe conduct.
• Complete necessary documentation and incident reports.
• Clean and maintain the facility, including restrooms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs professionally.
