Job summary

Qualifications

• YMCA Lifeguard or American Red Cross Lifeguard certification required.
• Current BLS and First Aid certification is needed.
• Minimum age of 15; guidelines for lifeguards aged 15-17 years must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe swimming conditions and surveillance of the pool.
• Respond to emergency situations and complete related reports.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
