Job summary
Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure guest safety and deliver friendly, high-quality service at the pool area. You will watch for hazards, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and assist guests with inquiries during shifts in a tropical resort setting.

Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required.
- Strong swimming skills with ability to perform rescues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Watch over pool area and be the friendly, vigilant presence.
- Enforce pool rules and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Provide exceptional guest service and assist with inquiries.
- Conduct regular pool area inspections and maintain equipment.
- Monitor swimmer safety and keep the environment clean.
- Collaborate with teammates for a smooth guest experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and skill development.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
