Job summary

Euvori Aquatics is hiring lifeguards to join the team at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort. Basic swimming ability is required and no prior lifeguard experience is needed because all training and certifications are provided by Euvori.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with quarterly pay raises. Shifts are typically 6 hours long; both full-time and part-time positions are available. The role supports year-round operations with multiple locations and flexible transfer options.

Position Overview

• Employees working at one location are eligible to pick up shifts or transfer to any of our other locations for greater flexibility and year-round work opportunities.

• Area: Desert Ridge neighborhood, off of Tatum & 101


• Operating Schedule: This location is open 365 days a year.


• Hours: Shifts are typically 6 hours long. Both full and part time positions are available.


• Please note, we are currently looking for guards with availability to include at least the following days: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday.

What We Do

Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area.


• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.


• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur


• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns.


• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

About Euvori

Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We create, implement, and manage lifeguard programs for a variety of swimming pool owners across the state. We most commonly work with resorts, country clubs, homeowners associations, and more.
