Job summary

A community YMCA in Massillon is seeking qualified Lifeguards to ensure the safety of swimmers and staff in the aquatic area. Responsibilities include overseeing safety, attending mandatory trainings, and being rescue ready at all times during shifts. Candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess current YMCA or Red Cross certifications in Lifeguarding, BLS (CPR), and First Aid. Part-time staff enjoy complimentary memberships and discounts on childcare and programs, with starting wages at $12.00 commensurate with experience.
