Qualifications

Work Permit is required if still enrolled in high school.
American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certificate is mandatory.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.
Responsibilities
Supervise pool patrons and ensure their safety.
Enforce swimming pool rules and respond to emergencies.
Administer First Aid and CPR when required.
Maintain accurate records and perform facility maintenance.
