Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of appointment.
• Work Permit is required if still enrolled in high school.
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certificate is mandatory.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool patrons and ensure their safety.
• Enforce swimming pool rules and respond to emergencies.
• Administer First Aid and CPR when required.
• Maintain accurate records and perform facility maintenance.
