Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for Lifeguards to maintain safety in an aquatic setting. Lifeguards will enforce rules, prevent accidents, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a swim test.
• Knowledge of the standards of care in the aquatic industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public, guests and staff members.
• Must possess good oral communication skills.
• Must have the physical and mental conditions necessary to properly activate and complete the EAP system in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Protect the safety of people in an assigned area.
• Maintain a test-ready skill level in lifesaving techniques.
• Anticipate and recognize incidents using the '10/20 Protection Rule'.
• Communicate effectively across large distances.
