Position Overview

• Basic swimming ability required to apply.
• No lifeguard experience needed; all lifeguard training and necessary certifications are provided by Euvori.
• $17.00 starting pay with quarterly pay raises.
• Select locations are open 365 days a year.
• Employees working at one location are eligible to pick up shifts or transfer to any of our other locations for greater flexibility and year-round work opportunities.
• Please note, we are currently looking for guards with availability to include the following day(s): Sundays.

Location Overview

• Client pool: JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort
• Area: Desert Ridge neighborhood, off of Tatum & 101
• Operating Schedule: This location is open 365 days a year.
• Hours: Shifts are typically 6-10 hours long. Both full and part time positions are available.

What We Do

Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform proactive interventions, including notifying swimmers of pool rules and assisting struggling swimmers.

Who We're Looking For

Dependability, customer service, and safety awareness are key. Our staff are expected to ensure safety, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and assist guests.
