Job Details:

Title: Lifeguard

Reports to: Deck Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Supervise pool and deck activities, enforce safety rules, make rescues, administer first aid, inspect pool areas, report incidents, maintain certifications, perform light cleaning, attend training, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred; certified lifeguard or willingness to be trained required. Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are required (training provided if needed).

Work Environment:

Exposed to heat and humidity; moderate noise level. Must be at least 15 years old to apply.
