Join Our Team as a weekend Lifeguard and Earn a $1,000 Bonus!

Winterwood is excited to announce that we’re hiring weekend Lifeguards in the Louisville, KY area for the 2025 pool season! Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our pool patrons.

• Positions available in the following zip-codes: 40219 and 40299.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $500 (payable on the first paycheck)
• Stay Bonus: $500 (for those who stay from the start to the end of the pool season)
• Position Type:Part-Time Weekends (Temporary/Seasonal)
• Season Duration:Through Labor Day
• Work Schedule: Flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday only.

What We’re Looking For:

• CPR and Lifeguard Certification Required (reimbursement may apply)
• Emergency Response Skills: Ability to stay calm and respond swiftly in emergency situations.
• Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and willing to enforce facility rules.
• Pre-employment Screening: Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of lifeguarding or similar experience is preferred but not required.
