Qualifications

• Must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.
• Reliability and professionalism in teaching environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach and certify individuals in lifeguarding and CPR/AED skills.
• Organize course logistics including setup and materials.
• Motivate and mentor lifeguard candidates.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on participant performance.
• Maintain current instructor credentials.
