Join to apply for the Lifeguard - Indoor Water Park role at The Ingleside Hotel

Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is seeking friendly adults or students aged 16+ to serve as lifeguards at our year-round, shallow-water indoor water park. We offer paid, FREE training. Our hours are Thursday-Sunday during the school year; daily during summer, spring break, and winter break.

Preferred shifts are Friday day or evening (9:30am-4:15pm, 4pm-10:15pm). Premium pay for day shifts year-round: $16.80/hr.

This position is ideal for those in online/home school or older adults. Part-time or full-time hours are available for Day and PM shifts. The starting wage is $14/hr, with potential increases up to $17.85/hr with advancement.

Lifeguard Qualifications

• At least age 16 or older.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in interacting with guests.
• Capable of working 8 hours in a warm, humid environment.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service in a professional and caring manner.
• Successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training is required; previous experience is not necessary.
• Must be flexible with scheduling, especially on weekends, school breaks, and holidays.
