The Outdoor Lifeguard II assists the Aquatic Director in supervising the outdoor pool area. This experienced YMCA aquatic staff member has succeeded in swim lessons and lifeguard programs, sharing knowledge of policies and procedures. They serve in a supportive, non-supervisory role, demonstrating exemplary conduct and a positive attitude.
This role's success is measured by member satisfaction and maintaining a safe, clean environment aligned with YMCA values.
Must physically perform lifeguard skills, remain alert, and observe all areas of responsibility, with or without accommodations.
