We are actively recruiting certified lifeguards for both summer and year-round opportunities at our indoor and outdoor pools located throughout the county. As a certified lifeguard, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our diverse communities through your expertise. The successful candidate will have a positive outlook, excellent communication skills, and a high level of self-motivation. PRCS serves a broad spectrum of the population, including youth, adults, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are available to accommodate your schedule.*
Lifeguard I (Grade 103): Must be at least 15 years old and hold the Red Cross Lifeguard Certification at hire or obtain it within 30 days.
Lifeguard II (Grade 104): Must have a HS Diploma (or equivalent) and hold the Red Cross Lifeguard Certification at hire or obtain it within 30 days.
Must undergo a criminal background check.
Obtain Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
