Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a lifeguard at the Stateline, NV pool facility to monitor safety, enforce rules, and assist guests. You must know pool layouts, including lengths and depths, and help with opening and closing tasks to keep the area clean and safe.

The role requires current lifeguard certification and a High School diploma or GED, with company-paid certifications offered to support career growth. A friendly team environment is part of Bally's culture.

Qualifications

• Must have current lifeguard certification and maintain certification while employed.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Knowledge of pool facilities including length and depth of all pools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing of the pool area, including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting towels and trash, moving chairs, boxing towels, cleaning signs, etc.
• Participate in pool safety programs, training and documentation to ensure overall safety of guests.
• May be required to rescue a guest from drowning, perform CPR, mouth-to-mouth, or administer first aid.
• Other related duties assigned.
