Bally's Corporation in South Lake Tahoe is seeking a pool attendant with a strong commitment to guest safety and service. You will monitor pool facilities, enforce rules and support opening/closing duties, including chair setup and towel management.

The role requires current lifeguard certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to take action in emergencies. Company-paid certifications are provided to help you advance.

Competenze

• Must have current lifeguard certification and maintain certification while employed.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Mansioni

• Must display knowledge of the pool facility such as length and depth of all pools.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the pool area, including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting dirty towels and trash, moving chairs, boxing towels, cleaning signs, etc.
• Participate in pool safety programs, training and documentation to ensure the overall safety of the guests.
• When necessary, may be required to rescue a guest from drowning, perform CPR, mouth to mouth or administer first aid.
• Other related duties assigned.
