Job summary

YMCA at Donelson-Hermitage is hiring a Lifeguard for full-time shifts, with pay starting at $14 per hour and potential for more based on experience. Shifts are typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, ensuring a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Training, including the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, is provided. Join our Aquatics Team to help keep pools safe, engage with members, and contribute to a fun, high‑quality water environment.

Qualifications
