Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard certification by ALA or Star Guard Elite required.

Responsibilities

• Guard the safety of pool users and respond to emergencies.
• Inspect aquatic areas regularly and report maintenance concerns and worn equipment.
• Explain pool rules and enforce policies to ensure safety; educate participants.
• Assist swim lessons or exercise classes as training allows; report incidents/injuries.
• Conduct chemical tests and maintain water test and attendance records.
