Qualifications

• Must have current Lifeguard certification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Maintains CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lifeguard at Masonic Village pools and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce pool policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety drills.
• Maintain check-in software competencies and respond to emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule including days and evenings.
