Job summary

Gold’s Aquatics Camas is seeking dependable lifeguards to join our aquatics team. The role emphasizes safety and excellent member experience in a busy pool facility.

Part-time shifts with weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends. Applicants must hold a current lifeguard certification; CPR/AED and First Aid are required to be valid. Join us to help supervise, enforce rules, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a current lifeguard certification to apply.
• Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to supervise swimmers and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise swimmers and maintain constant awareness of the pool and surrounding areas
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
• Enforce pool rules and safety policies consistently
• Help create a safe and welcoming environment for members and families
• Perform regular safety checks of the pool area
• Keep the pool deck and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with members, parents, swimmers, and coworkers
• Work closely with swim instructors and other aquatics staff
• Participate in required staff trainings and maintain required certifications

Employment Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.13 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Shifts are primarily weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Gold’s Aquatics Camas is looking for dependable, attentive Lifeguards to join our aquatics team. Our lifeguards play an important role in keeping our pools safe and making sure members and families have a positive experience while using our facility.

Applicants must have a current lifeguard certification to apply.

What you’ll do:

• Can work afternoon/evening and/or weekend shifts

Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are required.
