What You'll Do:
  1. Lead by example, enforcing safety regulations and pool rules to ensure a secure aquatic environment.
  2. Actively monitor for safety hazards, respond to concerns, and be ready to implement emergency procedures when necessary.
  3. Assess swimmers' skill levels and ensure participants stay within appropriate areas for their abilities.
  4. Train and mentor new aquatic staff, guiding them through onboarding and orientation.
  5. Oversee pool maintenance, including monitoring chemical levels, maintaining accurate pool logs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
