The Woodlands Township Aquatics Department seeks a Lifeguard Services Supervisor to plan, organize, coordinate, and implement lifeguarding for the 14 neighborhood pools in The Woodlands, TX. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in staffing and safety management, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
You’ll supervise seasonal staff, coordinate training, manage schedules and budgets, and prepare incident and performance reports.
Hours are flexible and will include weekend, weekday, holidays, and/or nights.
Two days off during the work week (for example: Tuesday/Wednesday)
Plans, organizes, coordinates, and implements lifeguarding for the Aquatics Department.
During emergency conditions, subject to being called to work in the event of a disaster, such as a hurricane, or other emergency situation and are expected to perform emergency service duties, as assigned.
Directly supervises seasonal staff. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university.
Experience: One (1) year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint required.
