Lifeguard Childcare (Summer 2025 Monday - Friday)

Join us for the Lifeguard Childcare (Summer 2025 Monday - Friday) role at LLE Education Group.

LLE Education Group provides educational experiences for infants through school-age children at multiple locations across Virginia. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for summer positions working Monday through Friday. Available Lifeguard positions are in Woodbridge, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Mechanicsville, Manassas, and Loudoun County.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise children in the pool to ensure safety.
• Perform lifesaving skills when necessary.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and grounds.
• Monitor chemical levels in the pool.
• Record daily child counts.
• Conduct swim tests to determine children’s pool restrictions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact politely with co-workers and children.
• Attend all meetings and training sessions.
• Commit to working the entire summer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, and bending.

Supervision:

Reports directly to the Center Director, with occasional guidance from the Corporate Pool Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Lifeguard certification (required).
• First Aid and CPR certification (required).
• Pool Manager’s certification (preferred).
• Previous childcare experience (preferred).
• Background check (required).
