Alliance Family YMCA in Alliance, OH, is seeking qualified lifeguards for part-time shifts. The role requires being at least 15 years old with current YMCA or Red Cross lifeguarding credentials, plus CPR/First Aid (BLS). Willingness to be trained if not certified is expected.

Responsibilities include ensuring swimmer safety, attending mandatory trainings, and maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude while remaining rescue-ready during shifts.

Available Hours

• Various early morning shifts
• Various daytime/early afternoon shifts

• Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area

• Rescue ready at all times during shift

Starting Wage

$12.00 - commensurate with experience

• Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
