Overview

As an Avalanche BayLifeguardyou areresponsible forthe safety and security of all waterpark guests.No experience is necessary - we will train you!Upon completion of the class, Lifeguards will be fully trained and certified through Ellis and Associates and the International Lifeguard Training Program, including First Aid, CPR, AED and Supplemental Oxygen Administration.

Responsibilities

The Avalanche BayLifeguard's typical job functions include:

  • Observe and maintain all waterpark rules and regulations
  • Observe all water areas and assure maximum safety of all pool patrons
  • Assist in keeping facility, especially pool/deck clean of debris and refuse
  • Learn all aspects of the Emergency Action Plan and be ready to respond quickly to all emergency situations
  • Administer emergency first aid to injured guests
  • Complete required records and reports on time
  • Perform opening and closing safety check of area and equipment
