Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club seeks qualified lifeguards to ensure guest safety at our pools and beaches. The role requires current lifeguarding certification and AED/CPR training, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include hazard identification, enforcing safety rules, first aid, and responsive incident management. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with benefits including uniform care and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
• Certified in first aid, CPR and AED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in public facility management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Available to work weekends/holidays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
