Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard in Wisconsin to ensure safety and provide excellent customer service at state-of-the-art pools, indoor and outdoor. You will monitor the deck, oversee water slides, and assist with events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza.

The role requires Lifeguard certification, BLS/CPR, and First Aid, plus the ability to swim 300 yards and tread water for a minute. A strong focus on guest interactions and pool cleanliness is essential.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1 st year, whichever is first)
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs

Position Summary

As an Aquatics Lifeguard, you must be safety minded and customer service oriented. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will help to oversee state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoor and out. You will monitor the pool deck and maintain safety on water slides. You will help with aquatics events, such as "Dive in Movies" & " Poolapalooza."

Position Requirements

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs

Preferred Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience
