Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Lifeguard in Tampa South, FL to maintain pool safety, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. The role includes teaching private and group swim lessons and helping develop innovative swim programs while assisting with center maintenance.

Ideal candidates will be at least 16 years old with lifeguarding and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain them at hire, plus prior lifeguarding or swim-instruction experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at time of hire.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at time of hire.
• Prior lifeguarding experience or teaching swim lessons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of swim programs.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
