Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in Dallas, TX, seeks a part-time Lifeguard to ensure a safe and welcoming aquatics environment. You will monitor the pool, enforce rules, respond to incidents, and assist with swim lessons for kids and adults, contributing to program development and center cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old with current Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain them at hire, plus prior lifeguard or swim-teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at time of hire.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Prior lifeguarding or swim-lesson teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area to ensure a safe environment.
