Arcis Golf at The Pinery Country Club in Parker, CO is seeking a lifeguard to ensure guest safety around the pool and water features, and to monitor rule compliance.
You will respond to medical emergencies with CPR/AED, provide first aid, supervise pool activities, and maintain pool-area cleanliness while delivering excellent guest service. Evening and weekend availability required.

Ensures the safety of guests in and around pool and other water features; responds to inappropriate behavior and emergencies.

Applicants must hold a current First Aid/CPR/AED card. Must be at least 18 years of age. Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license; proven lifeguard skills; and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new pool and water feature programs and activities, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to swim, dive, move, jump, stand and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range: $15.16 - $26.00
