Job summary

Aquatech Management is hiring lifeguards for the pool season. Join our team to help ensure water safety and provide excellent service to patrons. We welcome guards with or without prior experience and offer roles that fit part-time or full-time shifts through Labor Day.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and a college scholarship for qualifying guards. Indoor facilities are available for those balancing work and school commitments after the season ends.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS DOH Lifeguard Certification or equivalent.
• Current CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer (completed within the past year).
• Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the pool daily according to the schedule.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety at all times.
• Maintain proper pool chemical levels.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and adverse weather conditions.
• Keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and safe.
• Assist patrons as needed.

Join Aquatech Management for an exciting opportunity as a Lifeguard this pool season!

We are looking for lifeguards with or without prior experience, who are available through Labor Day.

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

(Indoor facilities are available for those balancing work and school commitments after the season ends)

• $500 college scholarship available for qualifying guards
• End-of-season bonuses for those who work through Labor Day

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the pool daily according to the schedule
• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety at all times

• Respond appropriately during emergencies and adverse weather conditions
• Keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Assist patrons as needed
• Strong aquatic skills
• Ability to perform Aquatics tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
