Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Current lifeguard certification required, OR willingness to obtain one — we provide certification training for eligible candidates
• Strong swimming ability and comfort in the water
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work weekends and holidays throughout the summer season

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas and enforce all aquatic safety rules and regulations
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing first aid and CPR when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment
• Communicate professionally with patrons, parents, and property management
• Complete incident reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Attend required training sessions, in-services, and pre-season orientations
