Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking qualified Lifeguard(s) for our aquatics complex to maintain a safe and clean environment for members and guests. You should have an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service.

Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification is required; CPR/AED certification is preferred. Day and afternoon shifts are available, offering a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include lifesaving rescue and enforcing pool rules.

Qualifications

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification is required.
• CPR & AED certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 1–2 years of lifeguard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide members and guests with lifesaving emergency rescue when needed.
• Enforce pool rules and ensure safety for all swimmers.
• Maintain towels inventory and coordinate laundry.
• Clean chairs and tables daily in high-traffic areas.

We prefer candidates to be CPR/AED certified & must have a activeAmerican Red Cross lifeguard certification.This position's primary responsibility is to maintain and to ensure a safe and clean environment for the enjoyment of our club members and their guests. In achieving this goal, remember that appearances are everything. The manner in which the pool grounds are operated and maintained on a daily basis is a direct reflection on the Club.
Day and afternoon shifts available, great for those seeking a flexible schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Provide members and guests with lifesaving emergency rescue in case of accident or medical emergency.
• Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of clean towels and coordinate laundry department.
• All chairs and tables are to be cleaned daily, particularly in the most frequently used areas.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
• Prefer certificationin CPR & AED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1-2 years of experience, preferred
• Availability to work weekends & holidays
