Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking qualified Lifeguards for our aquatics complex to ensure a safe and clean environment for members and guests. The role requires an outgoing personality and outstanding customer service, with an active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED certification preferred.

Day and afternoon shifts are available, offering a flexible schedule. You will be responsible for lifesaving rescues, enforcing rules, maintaining towels, and keeping pool

Qualifications

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification is required.
• CPR & AED certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• 1–2 years of lifeguard experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifesaving emergency rescue for members and guests.
• Enforce pool rules and ensure safety for all.
• Maintain towels inventory and coordinate laundry.
• Clean pool chairs and tables daily, especially in high-use areas.

Job description

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking qualified Lifeguard(s) for our aquatics complex to further enhance and ensure a safe and clean environment. To be considered for this position, you must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills. We prefer candidates to be CPR/ AED certified & must have a active American Red Cross lifeguard certification. This position's primary responsibility is to maintain and to ensure a safe and clean environment for the enjoyment of our club members and their guests. In achieving this goal, remember that appearances are everything. The manner in which the pool grounds are operated and maintained on a daily basis is a direct reflection on the Club.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

• Provide members and guests with lifesaving emergency rescue in case of accident or medical emergency.
• Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of clean towels and coordinate laundry department.
• All chairs and tables are to be cleaned daily, particularly in the most frequently used areas.

Requirements

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
• Prefer certification in CPR & AED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1-2 years of experience, preferred
• Availability to work weekends & holidays
