Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking qualified Lifeguard(s) for our aquatics complex to maintain a safe and clean environment for members and guests.

Candidates should have an outgoing personality, excellent communication and outstanding customer service. Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification is required; CPR & AED certification is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is required; day and afternoon shifts available for a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide lifesaving emergency rescue for members and guests.

• Clean chairs and tables daily in high-use areas.

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Ratonis seeking qualified Lifeguard(s) for our aquatics complex to further enhance and ensure a safe and clean environment.To be considered for this position, you must have an outgoing personality, excellent communicationand outstanding customer service skills. We prefer candidates to be CPR/AED certified & must have a activeAmerican Red Cross lifeguard certification. This position's primary responsibility is to maintain and to ensure a safe and clean environment for the enjoyment of our club members and their guests. In achieving this goal, remember that appearances are everything. The manner in which the pool grounds are operated and maintained on a daily basis is a direct reflection on the Club.

Availability to work weekends and holidays required. Day and afternoon shifts available, great for those seeking a flexible schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Provide members and guests with lifesaving emergency rescue in case of accident or medical emergency.
• Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of clean towels and coordinate laundry department.
• All chairs and tables are to be cleaned daily, particularly in the most frequently used areas.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
• Prefer certificationin CPR & AED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1-2 years of experience, preferred
• Availability to work weekends & holidays
