Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Lead Lifeguard to assist the Aquatics Supervisor with managing the club's aquatics programming in a busy, members-only environment. Qualifications

• Active lifeguard certification required.
• 1-2 years of lead lifeguard and supervisory experience required.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifesaving emergencies and ensure pool safety by enforcing rules.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations for members and guests.
• Maintain inventory of towels and coordinate laundry.
• Ensure daily cleaning of chairs and high-traffic areas.
